Nouveau Pro is an unconventional home appliance that follows multifunctionality in alternate ways. It is an healthy ice cream maker that allows users to make desired dessert to satisfy cravings guilt free for PCOS patients and diabetic patients. Nouveau Pro helps PCOS patients and diabetic patients satisfy this craving by converting fruits into a healthy dessert. Fitness freaks are very conscious of their diet and make sure to eat the right amount of nutrition along with their workout thus helping them with their fruit intake. This project also won the A' Design Award First Runner-up position!
Understanding Potential Users
PCOS patients
Most women with PCOS crave sugary foods, even after eating meals. This is due to increases in insulin. To best manage insulin levels and cut down the amount of sugar in your diet: Opt for fruit instead of sugary foods during sugar cravings.
Diabetic Patients
When you have diabetes, it’s important to follow a healthy diet that you’re also able to enjoy in order to help stave off food cravings. Whether your weak spot is something salty, sweet, crunchy, fatty, or all of the above, you need to remain in control.
Fitness Freaks
Fitness freaks are very concious of their diet and make sure to eat the right amount of nutrition along with their workout.

Design a versatile Ice Cream Maker that caters to PCOS and diabetic patients, promoting a healthy lifestyle and overall well-being. The product should support a nutritious and sugar-conscious diet by enabling the creation of homemade, additive-free frozen treats.

Introducing
Nouveau Pro
I started with the word "Multipurpose" in mind. A huge attraction was noticed for buyer's to purchase multipurpose appliances instead of spending, storing and maintaining various appliances. I thought of making an appliance that is common in every house, the Mixer-Grinder, but to add more value to that.
The word 'Nouveau" means modern or up to date.
French for new.
Nouveau Pro is an appliance perfect and suitable for all kitchen requirements. The ice-cream maker is designed keeping in mind the aspect of healthy dessert made with ease at home
